The Australian Finger Lime fruit contains round juice beads that have been called a "Lime Caviar."  Internal color is greenish to pinkish.  The fruit can be used as a garnish, added to recipes, or eaten fresh.  The flavor is a vibrant burst of tangy flavor, and the juice is acidic and similar to a lime. 

How to eat: Cut it in half and squeeze out the beads to a burst of awesome flavor.
